Encouraging effective communication during the pandemic
I was asked to develop guidelines to encouraged new ways of connecting through remote meetings and MURAL collaboration software. I created three guides and a set of MURAL boards that are still being used to this day.

We created a Facilitator Guide, Participant Guide, and Contributor Guide, along with accompanying MURAL boards.

Facilitators get a quick view of the preparation involved.

We included noticeable tips throughout the document.

We made sure to give context for the MURAL boards and provide ample how to documentation.

Here's a sample MURAL board with navigational outline.

We included sample questions for a good customer connection.
