Online learning can be fun
The client asked Waypoint Ventures for a slide deck to help their contractors learn capacity planning at their own pace. As the instructional designer on this project, I realized slides wouldn’t do the trick. It was time for me to get good at Articulate Storyline. This excerpted version of the online training shows some of the fun we added.
Context
Using the Addie model and Agile development, I worked closely with the stakeholder to design a course that took people through the benefits and methods of capacity planning. We included a screencast of an internal planning tool and knowledge checks along the way. The course was hosted on the team’s learning management system and became an essential onboarding component.
What do you do?
Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. If you sell something, use this space to describe it in detail and tell us why we should make a purchase. Tap into your creativity. You’ve got this.
